There are drones that take pictures , drones that shoot and then there is him: WasteShark , the scavenger drone . The "garbage shark" was designed by the Dutch company RanMarine to solve one of the biggest problems of today's society: water pollution.

"I was in Cape Town, I saw some floating garbage and a boat approaching to collect them. I thought, there must be a simpler way, "says CEO Richard Hardiman . It was he who invented WasteShark with his team.

The drone collects plastic , cigarettes, paper handkerchiefs, seaweeds, twigs and brings them back to shore, thanks to wifi technology or to someone who remotely remotely controls them. To see how it works, watch the video.
